Welcome valued customer. To ensure our commitment of low prices and excellent service, all accounts must be kept current. Due dates are as follows Secured accounts (credit card on file for preauthorization – please fill out the credit card form OR a deposit on account determined by the office upon application which is kept on file until the account is closed in good standing) – Fixed properties owned by customer – 30 days – Mobile properties and rentals – 10 days Unsecured accounts – Fixed properties owned by customer – 10 days – Mobile properties and rentals – due upon receipt of invoice You are welcome to use other forms of payment before your due date to save on admin fees for credit cards. Etransfers can be made to keebeeoffice@gmail.com Cheques can be mailed to Box 2134 Strathmore AB. T1P 1K1 If you require other payment options, please contact the office and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Interest – charged at a rate of 2% monthly (or $5 whichever is greater) is the responsibility of the customer. Any accounts with more than one outstanding invoice, surpassing their due dates, or breaching any other terms outlined in this document are subject to possible interruption of service and/or further legal recourse.
