Credit Card Information

CREDIT APPLICATION: By clicking the box, you authorize KeeBee Propane to Preauthorize your credit card for the amount of your invoice plus a 3% administration fee.
Credit cards preauthorization’s will be captured on the Next AR following your due date.
Admin fees can be saved by paying the balance of the invoice before the due date.
Due dates are as follows:
– Fixed properties owned by customer – 30 days
– Mobile properties and rentals – 10 days
Customers who do not secure their accounts with a credit card have the following due dates:
– Fixed properties owned by customer – 10 days
– Mobile properties and rentals – due upon receipt of invoice

By clicking this box, I am signing my name and I hereby agree to all of the stipulations in this form. I agree to keep all of my information current, should I fail to do so, I note that my due dates will be reflected as above. This authorization will remain in full force and effect until KeeBee Propane Ltd. has received written notification from me of this documents termination in such time and in such manner as to afford KeeBee Propane Ltd. at least 30 days to process the request.
